SASKATOON, SK: For versatility in weighing applications, the Massload Technologies Wireless Tension Link Weighing System is second to none. The application possibilities with these tension links are endless; overload protection, weighing in foundries, weighing during manufacture, shipment weighing, controlled cable tensioning, drag force measurement, stage safety, proof tests and destruction tests to name a few.

The ML700 loadcell is available in capacities ranging from 10,000 pounds to 400,000 pounds. The cell is temperature compensated and environmentally protected, assuring accurate, consistent and reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -40 deg. C to +57 deg C. Custom design programming is available for the Cells and they can be directly interfaced with a PC and printer.

With a wireless handheld readout connected to the wireless ML700 Tension Link, the conveniences are numerous. The Cells are powered by AAA batteries, with 300 hours of continuous weighing use. When you’re not weighing, the handheld goes to sleep to conserve battery life. There is no on-off switch and the ML700 turns on when your remote readout is switched on. Transmission distance from the loadcell to the handheld is 100 meters or over 300 feet in outdoor conditions.

The ML700 Tension Link loadcell has a two year warranty, and both wireless and wired can be custom designed by Massload Technologies engineering staff to fit your particular application.
