Some customers find that the most economical way of owning a truck scale is to build it themselves. Massload will provide material lists, loadcells, weighing assemblies, all the electronics required as well as blueprints for the foundation and weighbridges. We would also provide technical assistance to help you through the fabrication of your own scale.

Fast and Easy Installation
Massload has gone to great lengths to reduce the difficulty and time required to install our scales. They are built and shipped in sections to facilitate easy handling. A detailed installation manual is included for all scales, and once the scale is in place, loadcell installation and calibration can be completed within hours.
Weighing Assemblies
All scales utilize the ML400 double link weighing assembly. This cast allow steel assembly allows for free movement in all directions, and has been field proven through the hundreds of scales we have manufactured and installed.
