Dead End Wireline Tension Monitor
Massload’s rugged and reliable industrial grade Dead-End Cable Tension Monitor “Deadline Sensor” clamps onto a fixed wire rope dead end creating a small cable deflection to monitor cable tension. It supports wire rope diameters from 0.75″ to 2.0″ and rope tension from 20,000 lbs to 100,000 lbs. Output options include cabled, wireless, 4-20mA, 0-10V, 0-5V, +/- 10V. Typically used as a safe overload indicator in applications such as oilfield wireline tension measurement. Made with the highest quality materials and fully manufactured in-house through our VCAP certified Quality Management System.

WIRED DEADLINE (MILITARY CONNECT)
External indicators can be connected to the deadline via 4-pin military style quick-disconnects. This allows for easy disconnection and reconnection from the deadline should it need to be moved or stored. Standard quick disconnect cable length is 50 ft, but custom lengths can be provided as well.
