COMBINATION WHEEL LOAD SCALE
A weigh pad with a weigh indicator is considered a “Master” pad. Weigh pads without an indicator are considered “Slave” pads. A Master pad can be connected to one, two, or three slave weigh pads.
When weighing dual or tri axle vehicles it must be stressed that it is extremely important to have all wheels of an axle group as close to level as possible. To achieve this, it may require the use of dummy pads made of wood or a like material.
